CONFERENCE BRANDING
Each year, the American Association of Medical Assistants holds an Annual Conference in a new location. The conference has speakers, continuing education courses, awards ceremonies and House of Delegates meetings held over 4 days in the late summer.
Conference App
The conference app assists attendants in creating the most efficient and friendly conference experience. It allows them to view conference updates and alerts throughout the weekend, connect with other attendees, and save important documents from the speaker sessions.
eBlasts
One of the best ways to reach our audience was through eBlasts that marketed the upcoming conference each year. We continued to push marketing materials into the digital realm to cut back on cost and disposable materials.
Conference program
Every conference had its own unique program for attendees to record continuing education credits, refer to the hotel maps, locate where each event was held, and plan out their conference in general.
